Your keys are in a lockbox outside of Insomnia, attached to the Taxi sign, in the black lockbox.

After entering the lock box pin, you must pull on the bar and lift the box open, please DO NOT LEAVE THE PIN on the lock box, scramble up the numbers and close the lock box lid when dropping or collecting keys.
